Takedown Notice Procedure:
For copyright infringement notifications to JAV.red, please send a written notification through the contact method provided here: [ https://JAV.red/contact-us ]. Your notification should be aligned with the requirements outlined in Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
A properly structured DMCA Notice includes:
a) A self-identification as the copyright owner or holder of exclusive rights believed to be infringed, or someone authorized to act on their behalf. Include a physical or electronic signature as applicable.
b) A detailed description of the copyrighted work being infringed, or a representative list of works if multiple violations are suspected.
