This follows MIMK-136, which was Karami Zakari 1.

In this second part, the summer vacation started. And the protagonist, Takanari, is studying hard, all while Takashi has fun fucking the 2 girls. Plus, he keeps on sending him graphic reports.

After that, the whole group reunites to go to a local festival to create some memories, and they have another orgy, but they are discovered by a group of thugs that rape the girls.
